Baxter Solutions provides an AI-powered enquiry management platform that monitors your business email inbox, generates draft replies using artificial intelligence, and helps you manage and schedule customer enquiries.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the Service. No payment information is required to start a trial.
After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and no refunds are issued for unused time within a paid period.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested email replies and summaries. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before it is sent. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of AI-generated responses.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, or third-party service failures may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service downtime.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baxter Solutions LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, during which time you may request an export.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or via a notice in the Service at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
