Email inbox data — when you connect an inbox, we store your IMAP/SMTP credentials (encrypted at rest) and process incoming emails to identify customer enquiries. Email content is stored in our database to enable AI replies and workflow management.
Usage data — we log activity such as login times, enquiry statuses, and scheduled visits to provide and improve the Service.
Billing data — subscription and payment data is handled by Stripe. We store only a Stripe customer reference ID; we never see or store your card details.

Email content from your connected inbox is processed by an AI model (Anthropic Claude) to generate summaries and draft replies. This data is sent to Anthropic's API and is subject to Anthropic's privacy policy. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models.
We do not share your email content with any other third party.
Your data is stored on secure servers. Email account passwords are encrypted using AES-256 before storage. We use HTTPS for all data in transit.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is retained for 30 days to allow for recovery, after which it is permanently deleted.
